Our Technical Operations Center personel are Certified to support all Microsoft Network Operating Systems, Desktop Operating Systems, Office Applications and all versions of Outlook, Exchange Server and SQL Server, as well as Server and Desktop Hardware, Printers, Network Copiers, Scanners, Smartphones and PDA's. In addition, we support industry specific software such as NextGen, Misys, Timeslips, Quickbooks, Peachtree, ProSystem Fx, Visio, Act, and many more.

Face it - that equates to real dollars and cents. Our Technical Operations Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year because you never know when you will need us.
Recently we were unfortunate enough to have 7 laptops stolen from our business on a Friday night as a result of a break in. This represented a significant number of our computers which our business is very reliant on for day to day functioning. The two most important phone calls I made were to our insurers and Peter Carboni. As a result of Peter had us fully reinstated and running by Sunday afternoon ensuring our business could function without missing a beat on Monday morning. Great service.
